AETREX PROMINETLY FEATURED IN THE HISTORY CHANNEL SERIES “THE WORKS”

Aetrex is pleased to announce that it has been featured on The History Channel’s newest series, “The Works” which aired Thursday, August 7. The series dissects a wide range of products, in this case sneakers, their history and the unimaginable intricacies of things we take for granted.

“The program offered a fascinating look at the evolution of sneakers and their immense impact on athletic performance, fashion and pop culture,” said Larry Schwartz, CEO, Aetrex. “Aetrex, was one of only a few companies profiled in the program, solidifying our position as the leading provider of customizable footwear solutions.”

The segment follows the program’s host, Daniel Wilson as he is introduced to Aetrex’s patented iStep technology. The iStep, which is a key factor in providing customized comfort, takes a scan of your feet and identifies the three essential elements- size, arch type and pressure points. After having his feet scanned Daniel commented that Aetrex had ‘sneaker fitting down to a science’. Upon receiving his own custom selected footwear package of sneakers and inserts, Daniel added that he ‘had never felt more comfortable and supported”. Brooks and Nike were also featured in the program.
