  1. Great product, Great Price. Get the service done, I keep ordering as needed

I have been using this product for over a year, They work well and provide comfort for my foot problems and a the pricing is acceptable. I was advised of this service by Mayo Hospital of Arizona.

  2. L205

I wear them in my sneakers and they provide excellent support and cushioning for the ball of my foot. I've had several foot surgeries and have used them for years. The only downside is that after two to three months they need to be replaced because the rigidity of my big toe causes extreme compression on the upper layer which easily gets worn thin by the pressure. It's my feet, not the product!

  3. Doctor Prescribed Orthotics

Prescribed by Mayo Clinic Dr. Headed off impending problems with my feet. Comfortable to use. Long lasting (2 years)

  4. Prescribed by Mayo Ortho Dr

I was diagnosed with nerve damage in the ball of my right foot at Mayo Clinic. Doc prescribed these and they last four months. I am active and cannot make a pair last longer than four months, but they significantly reduce foot pain during that time, making them very cost effective for my foot problem. Custom ones would cost about $400 and MIGHT last eighteen months.

  5. Really Makes a Difference

Posted by MBG on 6th Oct 2012

I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and have had over 13 foot surgeries. These orthotics have really made a difference in my overall walking and foot fatigue. I have tried other orthotics, but they have been a major disappointment.

  6. Great Orthotics

Very comfortable and provide excellent support for extremely damaged feet (from Rheumatoid Arthritis and 14 foot surgeries).

  7. L205

I really like these orthotics for my very sore feet. I have very sore metatarsals joints, so I need something soft to put in my shoes. These orthotics are just that. They are very supportive (to ward off plantar fasciits)yet they are soft on the top. The only downside is that the material is so soft on top, that after 2 months of heavy wearing (every day) they are shot. It's no fault of the manufacturer...it's just that the plastizote is a very soft material and compresses quickly.

  8. L200

I hated to spend an extra $60. after spending so much for my sneakers but so glad I did. Most important is that your shoe is properly fitted but along with that these soles are fantastic and my feet ate now happy. I haven't had a neroma flair up since I started wearing them. I will now look into the dress style. I wear the L200 in my sneakers after taking out the inner sole that came with the sneaker.

  9. Great comfort

I could not live without these. I have flat feet and I find that the inserts help my feet feel great.
