  • Rearfoot Cupped - Cushions and stabilizes rearfoot.
  • Recommended for medium and high arch feet.
  • Forefoot Neutral - Without metatarsal support for those not suffering from ball-of-foot discomfort.

    My L400 orthotics are the best. I was advised to use them by an Orthopedic Clinic and got my first pair from them. Once I found I could purchase them on line for a significant savings, I only order them from Aetrex Lynco now. My very high instep and arch make standing and walking for long periods painful. The orthotics are a great help. Thanks

    These are wonderful. For a person who has had a lot of foot problems, it is amazing that I can find an over the counter orthotic that works so well. The customized fit in the store where I bought them was superb. I highly recommend these but, if you can, buy your first pair in a store. The shoe salesman took several measurements of various parts of my foot before recommending one particular model.

    Having high arches and working as a retail Pharmacist is usually not a good mix. Long hours on hard floors just don't go well together. Since I have started wearing Lynco insoles I no longer come home with tired, aching feet. Happy feet? You bet!
