best off the shelf orthotic found

If you over pronate you need a medial post. If you have hammer toes you would benefit from the metatarsal pad. I have both issues and after wearing these orthotics for one week my pain is gone. I bought three different styles with same posting. I like these in running shoes better than the memory foam. These are not as thick and fit better into my shoes.
I Cannot Live Without These Insoles
Posted by Effie Carson on 3rd Jun 2015
I have been using these insoles for around 10 years. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis, and couldn't consider shopping or family outings without these in my sneakers. Get the ones with the metatarsal support. Made a big difference. Thank you Lynco.
No more pain

The inserts are sturdy and provide the same effect as those that are customed made and cost $400.00. I have no more pain or limitations.

Good product. I have three pairs in various shoes. Will be getting a pair of " casual " style for flats. Wish they were less expensive, though.
I'm sold: I will never go without these great inserts!

For a fraction of the cost of custome inserts, these provide great arch support AND they fit inside almost any shoes. I also own the memory foam inserts and the Aetrex casual shoes. These have made me a customer for life. Try them, you'll see how much better your knees, feet and back feel! Amazing product!

Before I purchased this insert, I had to frequently sit down and rest my feet as they were going numb, were painful, and limiting how much I could be on my feet. The inserts have eliminated all of those issues. I just purchased my second pair of inserts so I don't have to keep moving them from shoe to shoe

Working and standing on concrete all day long, the Aetrex Orthodics are the best I've ever bought. They are comfortable from day one. They mold to my feet and have pressure points keeping both feet from rolling in or out, which is what some orthodics have done in the past. Worth the money.
One smart move,

I have had a set of custom orthotics for years, but only used them in my workout shoes, due to convenience considerations. Lately I have experienced hip pain when wearing other footwear.. After a friend recommended Aetrex I tried a pair. My hip pain has almost fully resolved thanks to these much-more-affordable orthotics. I am now in the process of buying several more pair to use in all of my shoes.
No More Pain

I was given my first pair by my Podiatrist to calm a neuroma near the ball of my left foot. It worked. When I try going without them for awhile, my neuroma returns. Now I use them most of the time and always when I will be on my feet for an extended period. I have since purchased several more pair.
Makes my feet feel great again

I used my orthotics right away and was very happy with my purchase. My feet felt great again. I suffer from Plantar fasciitis and ball of foot pain occasionally. This orthotic took care of all of that.
