  1. Great sandals for city walking

Posted by Laurie on 14th Jun 2014

I walked 5 - 10 miles every day for two weeks on vacation in these sandals in several cities that had cobblestones and were hard walking. They were very comfortable and supportive even though I had never worn them before. They were a great asset to the trip.

  2. Comfort is the goal

Excellent walking sandal. My second pair. Thanks for keeping it. My feet tend to wide but the 11M is just right. I like the current more feminine snakeskin-like leather. Suggest designers fine tune the velcro edges so no chance of rubbing foot. Would love some tips on cleaning the footbed of Aetrex sandals.

  3. fine fit

my foot is very wide foot so with all the adjustable parts and strong Velcro, I can get a perfect fit!

  4. Only option for orthodic wearers!

Posted by Unknown on 5th Jul 2012

I purchased these sandals because I have to wear ortodics! I had an orthodic made with the actual insole. I have very narrow feet and I feel the Velcro on my feet ribbing because I have to tighten them so much. I can't pull the back strap tight enough because of the padding.
I have come to the conclusion that the sandal itself is very good!
People who wear ortodics should not wear sandals! Not enough support!
