Dear Friends and Customers,

On behalf of everyone at Aetrex, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. This includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their families and to all whose lives have been disrupted. This is an extremely difficult time and we have to do everything possible to stay safe, stay strong and positive for our loved ones, while remembering that this difficult situation will pass sometime in the upcoming months.

Our primary focus is, as always, the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and have already made dramatic changes at Aetrex, implementing preventative hygiene and cleaning protocols based on recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities while having most of our employees working from home.

We also want to assure you that our team will continue to do everything possible to provide you with the high quality products and customer support that you’ve come to expect from us. While we may experience some delivery delays, we will do everything possible to maintain a high level of service as we navigate through this current difficult situation.
