"The shoe felt great. Loved the velcro 'buckles'. The issue is one of the gold buttons fell off-no idea where. Contacted customer service requesting a new button - thinking I could figure out how to attach. Was told a new button could not be provided but I could return the shoes for a credit. Love the shoes so really didn't want to do that. Asked for a partial and allow me to keep the shoes. That could not be done either. Felt 'bot' responses were being provided without human intervention. A human interested in customer service would have ripped a button off a shoe in stock and sent it. NOTE: new pair not available to replace my pair. Shoes were not mistreated. Wore mostly to church."
