How to Use: Begin by removing the footbed in your shoes, if possible. Replace the insole with your Aetrex Fashion Orthotics. When placing your new Cobra shaped orthotics in your shoes, make sure the arch is placed on the inside of the shoe.

These were a huge improvement

"These were a huge improvement from zero support in my flats. However, the top layer of the orthotic is sort of plastic-y and stuck to the bottom of my feet. The orthotics still work but the top layer looks destroyed after one wear. Maybe it would be fine if you always wore tights or nylons, but wear my dress shoes with bare feet."

How wide are these? I’m having trouble finding insoles narrow enough to fit in ballet flats. You can also refer to the adhesive on the bottom of the orthotics that should have an R and L for right and left, respectively.

The L100 Fashion measures 0.0125' inch thick while the L500 3/4 Insole for Dress Shoes is 0.18' thick. Both feature arch support but the L500 offers more cushioning with its cork rubber blend center. In terms of maintaining footwear, we suggest spot-cleaning the footbed of the sandals with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally. It is important that you do not wash or dry them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials.
