"I just bought a new pair of Brooks to stabilize my walking & provide extreme comfort. I already have a pair of aetrex that I've been wearing and the natural thing for me to do was buy a new pair of orthotics for my new shoes. The comfort & support I get from the orthotics is well worth the money. I've tried several other brands of orthotics, but aetrex are the best in my humble opinion. However, we recommend looking at orthotics from our Casual Comfort series which feature the same IQ150™ memory foam center layers for superior cushioning and AeroCell™ polyurethane base for high energy return, but the top covers are lined with antimicrobial material compared the soft microfiber lining found on the Premium Casual ones.
