These orthotics offer unmatched cushioning and comfort with their IQ150 Memory Foam. They provide great arch support and fit perfectly in everyday shoes, walking shoes, and boots. However, some users find them not firm enough and uncomfortable.

"I just bought a new pair of Brooks to stabilize my walking & provide extreme comfort. I already have a pair of aetrex that I've been wearing and the natural thing for me to do was buy a new pair of orthotics for my new shoes. The comfort & support I get from the orthotics is well worth the money. I've tried several other brands of orthotics, but aetrex are the best in my humble opinion. They also hold up well and are good the long haul. I highly recommend aetrex orthotics."

"I ordered my insoles on September 1st and waited patiently . So I called customer service on September 14 to ask about them and so they said 7-10 business and that doesn’t include holidays and weekends . Understandable and so she tells me they were on the way. I waited another week and called again only to find out they had never been sent at this point really frustrated with the customer service and wait. Bottom line I ordered and they never sent them so I went ahead and just canceled the order. Pretty disappointed"
