- Are they trim able?
- Hi Tamara, Yes, the orthotics can be trimmed at the toe area if needed, but we recommend trying them in your shoes first as they often fit without adjustments. Please note that trimming will void the warranty, so only do so if absolutely necessary.
- is it possible to have a little lift put into the right foot orthotic? I had a hip replacement and the right leg is a little long. Thanks for your time.

- Hi Connie, We recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes; in this case, size up to an 11US.

- I tried the Carly sneaker but it was a little too big and wide in the toe box. Will the size 6 orthotic be similar? Can I cut it to fit other brands' size 6 shoes, my usual size? Thanks
