- I have narrow bony feet with a low arch. I have a ball of foot issue and baby hammer toes and have been wearing women's L2205 in my sneakers and/or golf shoes every day. The pain is much better. Those orthotics have been a lifesaver. Would the active orthotic be better for playing golf? If so which one? I do ride in a golf cart. Also, which orthotic for dress flats? Thank you.

If you have low arches or flat feet, orthotics that end in 25, such as the L1925, would be ideal as they are designed specifically for low arches/flat feet.
