- Hi Jo, If you are referring to the Women's Active Orthotics collection, we recommend the same 00 configuration, the L1900 which is also designed to support medium to high arches and can be used with your everyday shoes as well as athletic sneakers.
- My New Balance tennis shoe is a size 10.5. Should I buy a size 10 or 11 Conform orthotic?
- Hi Katherine, We recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes.
- I get nerve pain in my toe area after walking one hour in good tennis shoes. Concerned tightness around toe would not allow for extra orthotic space.
- Hi Carolyn, We recommend using shoes that have wide toe areas or use materials that can expand to provide more room in the shoes when needed so you’d have enough room to accommodate Conform orthotics.

- Hi FS, A single Conform Orthotic is 0.31” thick and may be a little bulky for dress shoes or flats. We recommend looking at the L1300 Unisex Orthotics or the L100 Fashion Orthotics which measure 0.082” and 0.0125” thick, respectively.
