- I stand all day on a concrete floor. I currently use L2200, but was wondering if the L4600 would be better for me. Right now I'm having heel pain and my legs get tired and sore. T My currebt inserts are more then 1 year old so I know they need replaced.
- Hi Jim, While both the L2200 and L4600 are great orthotics, the L4600 features a Pro-Shox® polyurethane center cushioning to absorb shock and reduce impact, and is recommended for standing on concrete for extended periods of time. It is also best for work boots.
