- Can I wear the L2200 for my long run?

- What is the difference between 2200 and 2300?
- Hi Eileen, The L2300 has 43% more memory foam at the forefoot and an Aerocell™ polyurethane base for high energy return while the L2200 has a Poron® polyurethane base for shock absorption.
