"My feet hurt overall. I have experienced plantar fasciitis over the years off and on (mostly on). I have a very low arch. My podiatrist recommended getting orthotics. I checked out the price and they were around $400 for one pair. Insurance will not cover the cost. I thought at $79/pr, I would try the Aetrex brand. I went to a Merrell outlet store and used the instrument that identifies which insert would be best for my foot. I've been using this particular insert for about 3 years, and have bought 2 more for other shoes. I'm quite satisfied with the feel of the insert in my shoes, and do not have the foot pain that I used to have. This most definitely has worked for me."
