"I’ve been using a variety of different Aetrix insoles to address foot discomfort for years. They just seem to be perfect for my feet, and without exception, they have performed beyond expectations. I recently purchased this particular model to address some pesky corns that keep forming just behind and to the outside of the base of my pinky toe. What is the life expectancy off the inserts I have purchased these TY: Hi Joe, On average, we recommend our customers change their orthotics every 6 to 9 months depending on how frequently they are being used. A great way to determine when to change your orthotics is when the support does not feel as strong as it used to.
