I Can Wear Dress Shoes Again!
"I bought these L505 metatarsal support insoles with cautious optimism. I put them into brand new Sofft dress shoes I thought I was going to have to return. Oh my gosh! I don’t write reviews typically, but hoping to help. I don’t feel like I’m on the balls of feet and heels only any longer! The arch support could be higher for me- but I think my arches may be abnormally high. The metatarsal support is life changing!"

- I'm confused. My heel to toe measurement is 10.875 inches. BUT what size in the L505 do I need. Are the sizes in chart shoe sizes? Or are they L505 sizes? Is the L605 or the L505 better for a Merrill MOAB hike shoe?. And if the Merrill MOAB shoe is size 10Wide, what size L605 or L505 do you recommend? Jerome LeWine
- Hi Jerome L., When it comes to choosing an orthotic size, we recommend purchasing your shoe size. So if you are normally a size 8 in shoes, you would purchase a size 8 in orthotics. If you shoe size is a half size, order a half size larger in your orthotics. If necessary, you can always slightly trim the toe area of the orthotic for a better fit in your shoes!
