- Is there a significant difference between men's and women's orthotics? My size is not available in the women's dress orthotic with posted heel right now, but it is available in the men's version. I do not wear heels--would use these with flats that don't have a removable footbed or much space in the toe box.
- Hi Marla, The difference between men’s and women’s orthotics is the sizing, with men’s orthotics being slightly longer and wider. Should you wish to get a pair in men’s size, you should size down one size smaller. However, sizes of the L520 Women’s Dress Posted Orthotics that are currently out of stock are expected to become available towards the end of November 2022.
