"I work on the floor at an Amazon distribution center. Averaging 10 miles a day. Tried the Hero inserts. They were too thin. The L6200 is thicker and moulds to my foot. Only problem I have. They should line the top with the cloth textured layer like the dress inserts used would prevent sliding when your feet sweats. They should offer this thickness in a lower arch for folks that are almost flat footed. Also anther style with full padding for the ball of the foot. This is a huge pressure point Amazon workers suffer from."

- What is the best way to clean the insoles?
- Hi Joseph, We recommend spot-cleaning the orthotic with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth and air drying naturally. You mustn't wash or dry them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials. If any odor is present, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda onto the footbed at the end of your day to soak up the sweat and tap out the powder the next morning.
