"I work on the floor at an Amazon distribution center. Averaging 10 miles a day. Tried the Hero inserts. They were too thin. The L6200 is thicker and moulds to my foot. Only problem I have. They should line the top with the cloth textured layer like the dress inserts used would prevent sliding when your feet sweats. They should offer this thickness in a lower arch for folks that are almost flat footed. Also anther style with full padding for the ball of the foot. This is a huge pressure point Amazon workers suffer from."

- You have no half sizes for some of your orthotics. Do I go a half size smaller or larger?
- Hi Nancy, We recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes.
- Do you carry size 39?
- Hi Ana, Aetrex orthotics do not come in size 39EU. If you're in between sizes, like an 8.5US, we recommend sizing up to size 40EU.
- I wear a 10 wide Hoka. Do u make wide inserts?
- Hi Margaret, Aetrex orthotics only come in medium. If you need wide orthotics, we recommend getting the men's variant, but one size smaller.
- I wear a wide width in Hoka. Need new insole for plantar fasciitis. Do I need to order men's? I wear 11 wide in womens
- Hi Becky, As Aetrex orthotics do not come in wide, we recommend getting a pair in men's size 10 which is equivalent to the women's size 11, but slightly wider at the forefoot area.
- Is Extreme Comfort available with a metatarsal “bump”?
- Hi Steve, The L6200 Extreme Comfort Orthotics is not manufactured with metatarsal pads. As an alternative, we recommend looking at the L2205 Memory Foam. Similar to the L6200, it has an IQ150 memory foam center and a Poron® polyurethane performance base for shock absorption, but features a more advanced antimicrobial top cover and is slightly thicker at 0.25'.
