Reviews

Only insert I use for

"Only insert I use for tennis. Tried many different brands I. The past. Great support without being rigid."

Tyler S. (5/5)

I’ve purchased these insoles before.

"I’ve purchased these insoles before. Work very well in my Brooks workout tennis shoes. Happy with my purchase."

Connie C. (5/5)

Great product

"Provides great support for my feet. I have Plantar issues and need good support. I have very high arches and also need good support for the ball of my feet. This provides both. Since using these in my shoes my knee pain has decreased and also my plantar pain has decreased. I am able to walk longer without pain. Have ordered several pair to put in other shoes."

Brenda B. (5/5)

These have been in very pair of sneakers I own for years

"I first started using these arches when I went to a “real” running shoe store and they recommended them for my high arches/instep. I also had Morton’s neuroma surgery years ago, so I pay attention to my footware. These have been amazing. They eliminated my foot and hip pain (I live in sneakers). When I strained an Achilles last year, the podiatrist was happy to see them in my shoes. I won’t wear sneakers without them!"

Katherine T. (5/5)

My son has been complaining

"My son has been complaining of foot pain during activity. But after wearing these he has stopped complaining. Thank you for helping us find a cure for his pain."

Rebecca G. (5/5)

Aetrex L800

"Ordered the L800 for my husband to aid his plantar fasciitis. He said it was the perfect thing for his feet. We had had him measured at an Aetrex outlet and he got a thick one and a thin one. The L800 is the thick one and he loves it for work as he spends a lot of time on his feet."

Arlene N. (5/5)

My plantar fasciitis pain went

"My plantar fasciitis pain went away in one day after using the insoles!!"

Dona N. (5/5)

Q&A

Is the size on the bottom of the insole, so if it says M10, that's men's 10?
Hi Jennifer, Yes, that’s correct. If the insole says M10, it means men’s size 10.
I got scanned at a store and it recommended these. I want them for my work shoes I walk around all day on different terrain, are these insoles good for that? Also what’s the difference between the women’s version and men’s besides size/width?
Hi Victoria, Yes, these insoles are a good choice for work shoes if you’re on your feet all day and walking on different surfaces. The men’s and women’s versions are the same in support and materials. The only differences are size and width.
My podiatrist recommended the L2305 for ball of the foot pain and slight plantar fasciitis. Can I use the same product to switch from my casual work shoe to my regular tennis show when walking (using the orthotic in my casual work show during the day and then remove and put in my tennis shoes when at home, walking, etc.)
Hi David, You can use the L2305 orthotic in both your casual work shoes and tennis shoes. Just make sure the shoes have removable insoles and enough room for the orthotic to fit comfortably.
I have been using these inserts for about a year and have logged more than 1,000 miles on them. I tend to replace my shoes every 500 miles or so. Is there an expected life to these inserts?
Hi Thomas, On average, we recommend our customers change their orthotics every 6 to 9 months depending on how frequently they are being used. A great way to determine when to change your orthotics is when the support does not feel as strong as it used to.
Does the Men's L800 Train Orthotics come for flat and low arches?
Hi Curtis, Orthotics that end in 00, like the L800, support medium to high arches, while those that end in 20, like the L820 Men's Train Posted Orthotics, are designed for low arches to flat feet. https://www.aetrex.com/train-orthotics-l820m-L820M.html
