- The L800 Women's insole is sold out in my size (10). Is it possible to buy an 11 and cut to fit, or will that mess up the distribution of support?
- Hi Tori, You can trim the orthotics at the toe areas if necessary, but we suggest fitting the inserts in the shoes before trimming them because they would often fit comfortably in your shoes without making any alterations. In addition, trimming the orthotics will also void the warranty, so please ensure that the measurements are exact if it needs to be done. However, currently unavailable sizes of the L800 are expected to be restocked towards the end of October, 2023.
- The L800 has been recommended for my feet. I'm wondering if this is orthotic is versatile enough so that I can wear them in other shoes other than just when I'm walking or at the gym. Thank you!
- Hi Shelly, The L800 is the best option for individuals with medium to high arches to use during gym workouts or walking activities but it can definitely be used in other types of footwear, like everyday boots or casual sneakers.
