"Layla Boots were painfully tight over the top of my foot. Though these boots say they are for high instep, they don't work for me. The upper material is also very stiff so it rubs against the leg when walking and sitting. They look really nice, the arch support is great as expected, but I think these would work best for those with very narrow feet, lower insteps, and small ankles."
