To use your Customizable Orthotics, begin by removing gel pods in pressure point areas. It is recommended to find a foot scanner nearest you to learn where your pressure point areas are located. Next remove the insole if possible and place your new Customizable orthotics inside. If you shoes do not have a removable insole, take a look at our thinner orthotic, the Casual Comfort Orthotic.

I have been wearing these

"I have been wearing these for the last couple of 4 years. It looks as though you have re-designed them in some way because they looked different, but my main issue was the green padding pieces on the bottom are coming loose and not adhering to the insert very well. I bought two pairs of these, but have only used one so far - so maybe it was a fluke of some sort with the first one. Never had this issue before and for what I am paying for them - it shouldn't happen. That's why I rated them two stars instead of my normal 5 stars."

If you remove a pod and find it was the wrong one can you replace it?: Hi Yvonne, Yes, with the Aetrex Customizable Orthotics (LL2400 series), you can remove the gel pods to relieve pressure points. If you find that you removed the wrong pod, you can simply reinsert it into its original spot to restore the orthotic’s support and comfort.
I had no idea I had to remove anything on this. What happens if I don’t remove any of the gel Pods?: Hi Veronica, If you don’t remove the gel pods, the orthotic will still work, but you won’t get the extra pressure relief they’re designed to provide. Removing pods lets you customize the comfort to your foot.
