"I’ve been using a variety of different Aetrix insoles to address foot discomfort for years. They just seem to be perfect for my feet, and without exception, they have performed beyond expectations. I recently purchased this particular model to address some pesky corns that keep forming just behind and to the outside of the base of my pinky toe. I noticed an immediate difference, especially at the end of a long day. I have arthritis in my feet. What is a good insole: Hi Lisa, We recommend looking at Premium Memory Orthotics which feature 43% more memory foam than any other orthotics currently in production. For your reference, orthotics that end in 05 and 00 are designed to support medium to high arches, while the ones that end in 25 and 20 support low arches to flat feet. How do I wash aetrex premium memory foam pads: Hi Nancy, We recommend spot-cleaning the Premium Memory Foam Orthotics with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally. It is important that you do not wash or dry them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials. If any odor is present, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda onto the footbed at the end of your day to soak up the sweat and tap out the powder the next morning.
Can you trim the insoles if they are too large?: Hi Loni, Although the orthotics may be trimmed at the toe area, this is not something we recommend as this voids the warranty and makes it ineligible to be returned even within the 30-day window.
