- I was considering on getting the box kit. I'm not sure that would be best. My son has flat feet. His doctor told him he has plantar fascists. HE also has an extended bone by large toe, making the big toe go to the right, causing the toe next to it to go over the top of his big toe. He sometimes wears this small band to keep the toes separated which helps to wear his shoes. What would you recommend?

- for years I have been using L605M9; my shoe size is 8.5 (US), what size L605 should I order? I'vebeen told to order M8, instead of M9. I normally use them in casual shoes and sneakers.
- Hi William, We do recommend sizing down if you're in between sizes to eliminate the need to trim the orthotics. However, if you've been using size 9 without trimming the orthotics nor have you had any issues with support or comfort, you may continue getting the L605M in size 9.
- Hi-- I have pain in the front pad of my foot and in some of the toes connected to the ball of my foot. I do not have heel pain and my arches are medium and without pain. The pain is entirely in the front of the foot-- the pad and the toes. Which model do you suggest ? I read about the 405, the 605 and the 2205. I'm not sure whether these are the right ones or is another model better. Which would you suggest. Thank you very much
