"I have over 8 different pairs of Aetrex shoes in all different styles and colors. But unfortunately the past few styles I have purchased from Aetrex has changed greatly!! The design of the footbed, on all of the styles I have tried, has made it too narrow for my feet. I would love an explanation on why I have so many older models/styles that fit well and I wear all of the time…. to now I’ve not been able to even find a pair to keep once I’ve purchased them online??? And then I have to pay $5. 95 to ship them back. I’ve even spoken to some sales people at shoes stores who agreed that Aetrex has changed the design of the footbed. This breaks my heart! I have loved Aetrex shoes for several years now."
