"Excellent Arch Support and for me just enough metatarsal support. Material is soft against the foot and no sliding around. Be aware this is a thick insole, comparable to the thickness of some running shoes but thicker than the insoles in many."
"Prescribed by my VA Orthopedist, supplied & fitted by VA Prosthetic Specialist. One pair for existing high-top shoes, and one pair for New Prosthetic Shoes. Having experienced foot pain for years and trying umpteen type inserts myself and experiencing nearly zero to moderate relief. With our brand new VA Clinic, came a Podiatrist. I visited with him and, upon a thorough examination of my feet, diagnosed my problem, prescribed my needs, and prosthetics fitted, and issued me with L220 Aetrex Lynco Orthotics inserts. I immediately felt relief and here it is approximately three months later and I refer to my feet as "Happy Feet" and that is with primarily wearing my original non-orthopedic shoes. There may be better insoles available, but, if there are, I have not been able to find a pair that even come close to the AETREX. Steal my shoes, just remove and leave my Aetrex insoles!😊"
"I have severe over pronation and severely flat feet - to the point I have tendonitis starting in my ankle because of lack of support now. I have several types of the Aetrex orthotic inserts and this is my favorite. The shock absorption is the best and seems more firm like a custom orthotic insert is. The only thing I would suggest is. . . buying a sneaker or shoe that is . 5 larger because the thickness of this insert causes less room in the toe box and the height and width of the shoe becomes a bit too tight."
