Aetrex Women’s Fashion Orthotics help provide much needed comfort and support for your favorite fashion footwear. These innovative orthotics are flexible, ultra light-weight and designed for support and pressure relief. The unique Cobra shape and built-in signature Aetrex Arch Support comfortably balances your feet and helps provide proper body alignment. Made from soft, breathable full grain leathers and state-of-the-art thermoplastic urethanes.

How to Use: Begin by removing the footbed in your shoes, if possible. Replace the insole with your Aetrex Fashion Orthotics. When placing your new Cobra shaped orthotics in your shoes, make sure the arch is placed on the inside of the shoe.

I love using these for

"I love using these for dress shoes that you don't want to see an orthotic, unfortunately I need to be able to switch them from shoe to shoe. The sticker at the bottom to hold it to the shoe destroyed the sole of the shoe when I tried to remove it. It needs the sticker to use though. I wish I had used a Velcro instead so I could easily move them to different pairs. I also wish it had some form of cushion in the heel, it is very hard."
