"I love using these for dress shoes that you don't want to see an orthotic, unfortunately I need to be able to switch them from shoe to shoe. The sticker at the bottom to hold it to the shoe destroyed the sole of the shoe when I tried to remove it. It needs the sticker to use though. I wish I had used a Velcro instead so I could easily move them to different pairs. I also wish it had some form of cushion in the heel, it is very hard."

- Hi Kim, While it is not specifically designed for ballet shoes, the L100 is intended to be worn with dress shoes and shoes with no removable foot bed. They are flexible, ultra light-weight and designed for support and pressure relief. We encourage you to try them as it is still the best way to determine fit and in the event they aren’t to your satisfaction, you may return the orthotics within 30 days of the purchase date provided they were not marked final sale at the time the order was placed.
- L100 - I wear 6.5Wide shoe - sometimes a 7 to accommodate an orthotic. What size to I need for these inserts? I have been using size 6 but think it might be better to order up. Please advise.
