"Aetrex insoles are the best I have found. My chiropractor recommended them to me. I’ve had two sets, two different models. They relieve the heal pain in my left foot and relieve the pain in my right big toe. Haven’t found that kind of relief from other insoles I have used over the years. I didn't want to spend this much money on inserts, but I was so pleased I bought a second set. Great cushion and the metatarsal pad is placed perfectly- at least for my feet. I trimmed a bit off the toe area to fit them into my snowboarding boots. Then bought another pair for hiking/ walking shoes."

- What is the difference between L2205 and L2225?
- Hi Mario, The L2205 is designed for medium to high arches, while the L2225 is made for low arches to flat feet.
- I just received the L2205 orthotics and they feel quite cramped on top of existing insoles in my tennis shoes. Do I need to remove the existing insoles and replace with orthotics? Thanks, John

- Hi Tina, Men's shoes and orthotics have wider widths than women's. Given your size, we recommend getting orthotics in men's size 8 which is approximately the same length but a slightly wider width.
