The first purchase bonus points go into effect with a customer's first purchase after creating a loyalty account with a password. This applies only to new customers who haven't purchased from us before. Existing customers who have purchased before, but have just created a loyalty account, will not receive the 4,000 bonus points. Also, customers don't necessarily need to be logged in to place the order to get the 4,000 points, they just need to have an account with us and have never purchased from us before.

The anniversary date is based on the date the account is created with a password.

To redeem your Aetrex Rewards points and apply it to your order: 

1. Log into your account
2. Add products to your cart
3. Go to the cart page by clicking the shopping bag icon in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Press the "Check out" button
5. You will be able to see how many points you have accumulated so far at checkout. From the Rewards dropdown, select the points you wish to apply to your order and then click "Apply". 

Please note you can remove the points from your order by clicking the X next to the coupon code created for the points discount if you no longer want to apply them.

If your selected points in the dropdown are not being applied, it is most likely because you don't have that many points in your account.

How Do I Redeem My Rewards?

If an Aetrex rewards program member has earned enough points, they can redeem points by logging into their account and going to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you can see the number of points you have accumulated. You can select the amount of points you wish to use in the rewards dropdown and then click apply.

Please note you can remove the points from your order by clicking the X next to the coupon code created for the points discount if you no longer want to apply them.

When Do My Points Expire? How Long Are They Valid For?

Points expire after inactivity of purchases and/or social sharing of 12 months.

When Will My Points Be Posted?

If you have been referred by a friend: Click the referral link that they have shared with you. In the pop up, click the code to copy and paste during checkout on orders over $50 (excluding tax and shipping). 

If you have referred a friend: Once your friend has completed their first order, you will instantly receive an email confirming that your 4,000 point reward has been applied to your account. You can also check your reward history through your Account Dashboard. Under "My Rewards" you will see rewards that have been added to your account. To redeem your reward, proceed to checkout and select the amount of points you would like to redeem under the rewards dropdown.
