Which carrier do you use to ship my online order?
Orders are shipped via UPS with ground service as the default shipping method. WE SHIP TO P.O. BOXES but we do not ship to APO BOXES. Expedited services are available for an added fee. You can select an expedited shipping service when you checkout. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
Orders from outside of the United States are shipped via DHL
How long does it take to ship my online order?
Online orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Depending on where you are located, estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days from purchase date. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

- Canada (4-7 days Expedited, 10-13 business days Standard)
- Central America (7-10 days Expedited, 13-16 business days Standard)
- Europe (3-10 days Expedited, 9-16 business days Standard)
- Caribbean Islands (2-12 days Expedited, 8-18 business days Standard)
- South America (2-12 days Expedited, 8-18 business days Standard)
- Africa (5-12 days Expedited, 11-18 business days Standard)
- Asia (5-12 days Expedited, 11-18 business days Standard)
- Oceania (6-10 days Expedited, 12-16 business days Standard)
What are the shipping methods and rates you offer?
The standard ground shipping costs within the U.S. - $5.95 Flat Rate
** Standard Shipping(2-7 Business Days) fees will be accumulated accordingly.
$0 - $200 is $10.95
$200 - $400 is $20.95
$400 - $550 is $30.95
$550 & over is $46
** Expedited Shipping(1-3 Business Days) fees will be accumulated accordingly.
$0 - $200 is $25
$200 - $400 is $40
$400 - $550 is $55
$550 & over is $70
• Standard Ground orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service or USPS First Class Service.
• Customers will be held responsible for duties & taxes if applicable, for orders shipped to a PO BOX address to Canada.
• Shipping to Puerto Rico is via ground only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico via 2nd Day Shipping.
Outside of the United States: Shipping prices vary based on weight and distance. The shipping fee will be displayed during the final step of checkout.
When do you process and ship orders?
• Please fill in all required Billing and Shipping fields when entering so orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• We accept on-line orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Orders placed after 5pm ET begin processing the next business day.
• Submitted orders will be entered during business hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm ET.
• We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
• Standard ground orders are shipped approximately within 48 business hours.
• 2nd day express orders placed AFTER 2:30pm ET will be shipped the following business day.

Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from our warehouse facility and order fulfillment centers inNew Jersey or Missouri.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Aetrex offers 2nd day expedited/express shipping within the U.S.
** 2nd day expedited/express Shipping fees will be accumulated accordingly.
$0 - $200 is $25
$200 - $400 is $40
$400 - $550 is $55
$550 & over is $70
Aetrex does not offer expedited shipping to Canada or Puerto Rico.
