- How do I clean and "polish" these sandals?
- Hi Lynn, We recommend spot-cleaning the sandals with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally. It is important that you do not wash or dry them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials. If any odor is present, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda onto the footbed at the end of your day to soak up the sweat and tap out the powder the next morning. Since the straps of the Paula are made of genuine leather, you can use polish that's specifically designed for leather products. Test the product by putting a small amount on an inconspicuous area and observe for any changes overnight.
