This orthotic features our signature Aetrex Arch Support to help biomechanically align your body & help prevent common foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis, Arch Pain and Metatarsalgia.

How to Use: Begin by removing the footbed in your shoes, if possible. Replace the insole with your Aetrex Fashion Orthotics. When placing your new Cobra shaped orthotics in your shoes, make sure the arch is placed on the inside of the shoe.

I love using these for

"I love using these for dress shoes that you don't want to see an orthotic, unfortunately I need to be able to switch them from shoe to shoe. The sticker at the bottom to hold it to the shoe destroyed the sole of the shoe when I tried to remove it. It needs the sticker to use though. I wish I had used a Velcro instead so I could easily move them to different pairs. I also wish it had some form of cushion in the heel, it is very hard."

How do I put insole in shoe?: Hi Richard, If your shoe does not have a removable footbed, you can place the insole directly on top of the existing footbed, making sure it sits flat and is aligned at the heel.

Does this insert go on top of the Insole on dress shoes. Seem to make fit of shoe too tight.: Hi Mike, The L100 is designed for shoes with little depth or no removable footbed.
