I normally get the Casual
"I normally get the Casual Comfort orthotics, but decided to get these Premium Casuals because they were on sale. They are basically identical, they just have a different fabric on top. Both are nice because they have the right balance between firm support but with enough softness on top. I always wear Aetrex with lace up shoes, because a doctor told me it's important to lace up the shoes for support. I cannot live without Aetrex. My feet overpronate (flat feet) and without Aetrex I would get ankle, knee and back pain. Aetrex are so good that they replaced a much less comfortable pair of hard, custom, prescription orthotics I had been using. I have noticed that the muscles in my feet have become stronger and provide better natural support after using Aetrex for several years."

However, we recommend looking at orthotics from our Casual Comfort series which feature the same IQ150™ memory foam center layers for superior cushioning and AeroCell™ polyurethane base for high energy return, but the top covers are lined with antimicrobial material compared the soft microfiber lining found on the Premium Casual ones.
