"I am torn between 4 and 5. They provide really good arch support for my feet. I have a history of plantar fasciitis and suffer from issues with my feet from psoriatic arthritis. They do not work in all of my tennis shoes as they are slightly thicker than my other arch support. However, they fit most and I will buy more and like the support they give."
