All items purchased between November 1, 2026 through December 24, 2026 are eligible for returns until January 31, 2027.
When you choose Aetrex, you make the healthy choice. Wear the shoes or Aetrex Orthotics and if you are not completely satisfied, return them to us. If you need detailed step-by-step instructions, please visit our FAQ page for further guidance.
The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and should be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 days from the day of the drop-off.
A return fee of $5.95 will be automatically deducted when processing your return.
