- Hi Mark, All of our orthotics feature the same signature Aetrex Arch Support which is designed to be a little higher up and a little further back compared to the typical arch support in other brands. This provides better stabilization and supports natural realignment, which helps relieve lower back and knee strains and common foot pains. For your reference, orthotics that end in 05 and 00 are designed to support medium to high arches, while the ones that end in 25 and 20 support low arches to flat feet. In addition, 05 and 25 orthotics feature metatarsal support for weight redistribution to help relieve ball-of-foot pain or discomfort.
