"I'm a nurse that works on their feet, and these help me stay productive. I'm content with the performance of the product, though I've had problems with customer service and the website itself, particularly when ordering during the recent revamping of their warehouse and shipping. Delays were not quickly communicated and notices were miniscule in size, posted on their website which weren't always visible, unless you stared at the home page for a minute at a time."

- Hi Trish, As New Balance is not our brand, we are unable to provide you with a comparison. However, all Aetrex orthotics feature our signature arch support which helps with foot alignment and the relief of common foot pains and plantar fasciitis; they differ in terms of materials used in their construction. The Conform orthotics, for example, are designed for those with diabetes- related foot issues and feature a Plastazote® top cover that customizes to the foot during the gait cycle and transfers pressure away from hot spots for extra protection.
- Are you discontinuing the diabetic insole? Do you have a replacement for it? I have not been able to get the L225 for months. Now I notice more sizes are unavailable.

- Hi Debbie, Posted pertains to the rear of the orthotic or the heel. Orthotics designed to support low arches to flat feet feature posted heels which provide balance and help control overpronation. On the other hand, orthotics for medium to high arches are constructed with non-posted or cupped heels to cushion and stabilize the back of the foot.
