"I've been wearing the wrong shoe size for decades. Whenever I tried on a size 8 shoe, they slipped off my feet. My ankles bounced in and out of shoes. I tried inserts. Heel inserts. Toe inserts. Sole inserts. I gave up and bought size 7 1/2 shoes because they stayed on my feet. A shoe salesperson measured my foot told me I wear an 8 1/2. On the other hand, the L2320 is 0.25"" thick, has 43% more memory foam at the forefoot, and is best for those who are on their feet for extended periods of time.

- Hi B, We recommend spot-cleaning orthotics with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally. It is important that you do not wash or dry them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials. If any odor is present, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda onto the footbed at the end of your day to soak up the sweat and tap out the powder the next morning.
