In addition, 05 and 25 orthotics feature metatarsal support for weight redistribution to help relieve ball-of-foot pain or discomfort.

- Are these insoles for running? I had someone sell them to me in my run shoes and after run /walk 9 miles my feet hurt pretty bad.
