"I have very flat feet and have tried various supports on Amazon. This has been expensive and they have not been comfortable. My foot surgeon recommended Aetrex L420 for women for my flat feet. I just ordered another pair, as they are SUPER comfortable and properly support my feet. I wear a size 7 foot but the size 8 fits perfectly. "This really helped extend the wear of my many pairs of your shoes. It does not feel like a custom fit however it certain helps me with my walk. I just do not understand that even though I have many pairs other Aetrex shoes and rotate them each day several of them have the innersole wear out although the shoe itself looks like it is in excellent condition. I had brought it up with your customer service department but did not get a satisfactory answer."

- What size L420 shoukd I order for a shoe size of US 11.5? Shoukd I order a size US 12 and trim it down to fit an 11 1/2" shoe?
- Hi Michael, We recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes; in this case, a size 12US. You may trim the orthotics at the toe areas if necessary. However, we suggest fitting the inserts in the shoes before trimming because, more often than not, they would fit comfortably in your shoes without making any alterations. In addition, trimming the orthotics will also void the warranty, so please ensure that the measurements are exact if it needs to be done.
