I have very flat feet
"I have very flat feet and have tried various supports on Amazon. This has been expensive and they have not been comfortable. My foot surgeon recommended Aetrex L420 for women for my flat feet. I just ordered another pair, as they are SUPER comfortable and properly support my feet. I wear a size 7 foot but the size 8 fits perfectly. I have been throwing my money away on Amazon, trying this and that arch support."

This really helped extend the
"This really helped extend the wear of my many pairs of your shoes. It does not feel like a custom fit however it certain helps me with my walk. I just do not understand that even though I have many pairs other Aetrex shoes and rotate them each day several of them have the innersole wear out although the shoe itself looks like it is in excellent condition. I had brought it up with your customer service department but did not get a satisfactory answer."

Dr. Knows
"So I have been experiencing hip pain the last year. I am pretty athletic and workout regularly. I am the type to work thru the pain and even if it hurts you dont stop. My friend from high school is an orthopedic surgeon. He said my left foot the arch collapsed and recommended aetrex arch support. There is a big difference in support. There's major pronation on my left foot throwing my whole body off. These have been a big help and I recommend them to others."

This specific insert was recommended
"This specific insert was recommended by my foot and ankle surgeon to treat my very painful posterior tibial tendonitis. Worked like a charm. This model has been the workhorse of my Aetrex collection. All my shoes now either are by Aetrex or have Aetrex inserts and these remain my favorites because of the level of support combined with not being too thick. Easy to insert into shoes that have removable insoles, very comfortable."

I wore the wrong shoes
"I wore the wrong shoes to the gym and my heels were hurt. Your sole padding helped me to relieve the discomfort the on first day after wearing."

I bought these arch supports
"I bought these arch supports for Adidas Mary Jane sneakers and Adidas Sambas for extra arch support. They are a perfect fit. Their relatively narrow fit did not need any reduction in width as others prescribed by my podiatrist. Recommend."

I can wear my favorite flats again!
"I’ll admit I was skeptical. They seem like pretty thin insoles to offer the relief promised. I put them in a pair of my flats that have no insoles/arch support and felt no pain. I then switched to the same pair of flats with a different set of insoles and started feeling pain within 24 hours. I switched back to these and the pain went away. I’m so excited to be able to wear my favorite flats again!"
