- Hi Wayne, You can trim the orthotics at the toe areas if necessary. However, we suggest fitting the inserts in the shoes before trimming because may fit comfortably in your shoes without making any alterations. In addition, trimming the orthotics will also void the warranty, so please ensure that the measurements are exact if it needs to be done.
