- Can these be put in high heels for women. For high heels / pumps dress shoes. I wear an 8.5 what size should I get?
- Hi Christal, The Aetrex Dress Orthotics are designed for shoes with narrow toe areas or no removable footbed, such as pumps. We recommend sizing down if you're in between sizes.
- I have extremely narrow heels. . . . So narrow that my shoes fall off when custom-made orthotics are added. Is there "something" I can do to the women's orthotic that will "fix" this problem?

- Hi Chris A, This will be very similar in arch support but the Dress Orthotics and the L420s are made from different materials. They will have a different underfoot feeling.
