"For me, the Men's Casual Comfort Posted Orthotics have been a good replacement for the hard carbon fiber custom orthotics I used for many years. I have three pairs of Aetrex Casual Comfort orthotics in different shoes and they do a great job at preventing pain from flat feet. I first tried Aetrex Compete and Train styles, but those were either too hard or too soft. Casual Comfort is great for walking, hiking and everyday wear."

One concern is the first pair I ordered arrived with the box open and the orthotics had a moldy smelling stench. . . not a great first impression, Aetrex, and this happened again recently with a different style orthotic as well. It always seems to be a battle royale when dealing with customer service when stuff like this has to be sorted out and made right."
