So far much better than

"So far much better than the premium foam insoles (too thick). Had to get larger size and trim, as I need wider width. Biggest complaint: y’all ought to have more variety for women’s WIDE WIDTH sneakers, beside only black in only couple of styles"

"For me, the Men's Casual Comfort Posted Orthotics have been a good replacement for the hard carbon fiber custom orthotics I used for many years. I have three pairs of Aetrex Casual Comfort orthotics in different shoes and they do a great job at preventing pain from flat feet. I first tried Aetrex Compete and Train styles, but those were either too hard or too soft. Casual Comfort is great for walking, hiking and everyday wear."

"I ordered these. I have high arch’s. However when i got them the box clearly says for flat feet. I still kept them. They are OK. Would have ordered different ones if the description said for Flat feet."

This was my first order

"This was my first order with Aetrex which had been highly recommended by my orthopedic specialist. I was shocked and disappointed when these very expensive orthotics arrived in an open box and had a disgusting moldy smell! There's no excuse for that. Did you send me someone's nasty used return? Or does Aetrex have some terrible quality problem?"

"These were recommended by my orthopedic specialist to wear after recovering from tibialis posterior tendinitis and seem to be helping. I have flat feet. One concern is the first pair I ordered arrived with the box open and the orthotics had a moldy smelling stench. . . not a great first impression, Aetrex, and this happened again recently with a different style orthotic as well. It always seems to be a battle royale when dealing with customer service when stuff like this has to be sorted out and made right."

Q&A

do I need to remove existing innersoles
Hi Al, Yes, we recommend removing the existing insoles before inserting your Aetrex orthotics. This allows the orthotics to fit properly and prevents the shoes from feeling too tight. If the insoles are not removable, the fit may feel snug when placing them on top.
I want to wear these in shoes I use for work as a teacher. Is this L6200 a good choice?
Hi Steve, The L6200 Extreme features a memory foam footbed and a Poron polyurethane base to help absorb shock, making it a great choice if you're on your feet for extended periods of time and if you have medium to high arches. For your reference, orthotics that end in 05 and 00 are designed to support medium to high arches, while the ones that end in 25 and 20 support low arches to flat feet. In addition, 05 and 25 orthotics feature metatarsal support for weight redistribution to help relieve ball-of-foot pain or discomfort.
I am a man weigh 170 lbs. I have flat feet I walk 5 to 10 miles a day at work. Looking to try a pair of your orthotics but not sure what kind to buy. What kind do you recommend? Thank you
Hi Schuyler, Depending on your preferences, we recommend either the L420 Compete or the L2220 Memory Foam. Both are designed to support low arches to flat feet, and feature CopperGuard® top cover and arch support to help with foot alignment and relief of common foot pains. The L420 has a Pro-Shox® polyurethane center to absorb shock and reduce impact, while the L2220‚Äôs footbed is lQl50™ memory foam fso it‚Äôs more cushioned, with a Poron® polyurethane base for shock absorption. https://www.aetrex.com/compete-orthotics-l420m-L420M.html?lang=default https://www.aetrex.com/memory-foam-orthotics-l2220-orthotics-L2220M.html?lang=default
what is the 123225-00012 model noumber
Hi Ray, Aetrex orthotic models begin with the letter ‚ÄòL‚Äô followed by 1 or 2 numbers that stand for the orthotic collection or series, and the last 2 numbers representing the orthotic category. if you have that set of numbers or a photo of the orthotics, you may reach out to [email protected] and we‚Äôd be glad to identify it for you.
The doctor recommended Lynco orthotics without metatarsal pads for my 12 year old. He has Achilles pain and plantar fascia. Please help! I'm struggling to locate just that. Thank you in advance!
Hi Ashton, We recommend orthotics that end in 00 that are designed to support medium to high arches, or those that end in 20 which support low arches to flat feet; both variants feature arch support which helps with foot alignment and the relief of common foot pains and plantar fasciitis. The orthotics also vary depending on the activities that the user is expected to engage in while wearing them. For instance, you may go with the L1900 or 1920 Active Orthotics with its Pro-Shox® polyurethane center layer for superior shock absorption, suitable for more athletic activities. https://www.aetrex.com/search?q=active+orthotics&prefn1=activity&prefv1=Walking&prefn2=ball-of-foot-pain&prefv2=No&prefn3=gender&prefv3=Men
