- These 2 inserts seem to do the same thing. Would you please explain the differences between them? L820M v L2320M
- Hi Matt, The L820 Train has an overall thickness of 0.2165' and a FitGuard™ slow-recovery memory foam center for cushioning. On the other hand, the L2320 is 0.25' thick with an IQ150 memory foam center and 43% more memory foam at the forefoot, making it the orthotic with the most memory foam currently in production

In the meantime, we recommend looking at the L720 Speed Posted Orthotics which features the same posted heel, arch support, and Aerocell™ polyurethane base for high energy return. - My pain is brutal in the heel. I do not necessarily have pain in my arches, but they can be tender. My pain is worst after playing basketball. What do you recommend for the pounding of a basketball court?

- How often do you recommend replacing?
- Hello Daryl, On average, we recommend our customers change their orthotics every 6 to 9 months depending on how frequently they are being used, though they can also last beyond those number of months. A great way to determine when to change your orthotics is when the support does not feel as strong as it used to.
- I am a firefighter. I am usually very athletic but have a chronic pain due to old injury. The pain is on/near achilleas tendon. Which insole would be the best?
