- Hi Paulette, The L820 Train Orthotics typically last about 6 to 9 months, depending on how often they’re used. They are designed to provide excellent comfort and support, making them a good option for walking long distances, such as 5 miles, without pain. You may need to replace them once the support starts to feel less firm.
- How long do they last
- Hi Wendy, On average, we recommend our customers change their orthotics every 6 to 9 months or longer depending on how frequently they are being used. A great way to determine when to change your orthotics is when the support does not feel as strong as it used to.
- I have high arches and my knees don't line up over my knees. Also have plantar fasciitis. Is the L820 the right one
- Hi Rhonda, Given your arch type, we recommend orthotics that end in 00 or 05 (with metatarsal support to help relieve ball-of-foot stress) which support medium to high arches, such as the L800 or L805.
