You may need to replace them once the support starts to feel less firm.

- Hi Wendy, On average, we recommend our customers change their orthotics every 6 to 9 months or longer depending on how frequently they are being used. A great way to determine when to change your orthotics is when the support does not feel as strong as it used to.
