- Hi Gary, Since Aetrex orthotics do not come in half sizes, we recommend sizing down to an 8 US.
- My foot is a 9.5, do I take a 9.0 or a 10.0

- Hi Janice, We recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes and trimming the orthotics at the toe areas if necessary. However, we suggest fitting the inserts in the shoes before trimming because, more often than not, they would fit comfortably in your shoes without making any alterations. In addition, trimming the orthotics will also void the warranty, so please ensure that the measurements are exact if it needs to be done.
