- We recommend spot-cleaning Aetrex Orthotics with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally.
- Do not machine wash or dry.

For the holiday season, we are offering extended easy returns for all items through January 31st, 2026!
When you choose Aetrex, you make the healthy choice. Wear the shoes or Aetrex Orthotics and if you are not completely satisfied, return them to us. If you need detailed step-by-step instructions, please visit our FAQ page for further guidance.
The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and should be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 days from the day of the drop-off.
A return fee of $5.95 will be automatically deducted when processing your return.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
